ENTERING THE HEART
My name is Chiara Stella, meaning Clear Star. I am a mother, a Yoga Teacher Trainer (E-500RYT), a shamanic practitioner, spiritual counselor, and ceremonialist.
My presence is my offering, born of a life that has opened me again and again to the mystery of the heart. Walking in Love is my path, and this temple a sanctuary for remembering who we are when we return to love.​
I emerged from the ancient landscapes of Italy and the mystical realms of France. Raised amid the bohemian echoes of my musical parents, I found sanctuary in the arts, philosophy, and the sacred from a tender age.
My initiatory journey into the depths of spirit and the inner worlds began in youth, shaping a profound connection with the unseen.
Over the years I have immersed myself in the study of Yoga, Pranayama, Western and Vedic Astrology, Metaphysics, Ritual and Oracle Arts, Shamanism, Ayurveda, Sound Healing, The Dao, Numerology, Qabalah, Depth Hypnotherapy, and Feng Shui.
My teaching style is intuitive and heartfelt,
a living prayer. Each practice is a ritual to enter the body and awaken inner wisdom.
I guide souls on journeys of self-discovery through mindful movement, embodied rituals, retreats, and one-on-one sessions.

In all that I offer, I weave the guidance of the seasons, elements, stars, moon, and sun. Mindful breathing, heart connection, and personalized alignment form the foundation of my work,
while a commitment to lifelong learning keeps my teachings alive and evolving.
Through ceremonies, teacher trainings, retreats, and mentorship, I walk the path of love.

This is an offering of love, a sanctuary for those who are ready to walk in tenderness,
to meet themselves and others as divine mirrors, and to allow the ancient pulse of creation to move through their being once more.

Each letter carries the essence of the Temple: reflections, poems, practices, and invitations to remember who you are when you stand in love. They are written to water your soul, to steady you in times of change, and to remind you that you are not walking alone.
